So here I go...
Infosys has always been a family to me, I made many friends here and now some of them are not friends but bhai hai mere :)
I joined Ameriprise around 4 years back with 7-8 of my Training batchmates. The moment we entered the floor everybody rose from their cubicles watching us as they have never seen freshers. Trained in J2EE we were put in Mainframes and that's how I started my first project FACTS. Work wasn't tough at all, Lata, my first Manager, used to give me AS-IS and TO-BE scenario in a word doc and I used to diligently copy it. My cubicle was the noisiest of all...Alok while listening to song on earphones made sure that he sings out each and every note...Vinod after reading his newspaper was always ready for debate on an issue....I used to whisper in my cubicle and the whole floor knew about it :)
DCM, a distributed project, was somehow acquired by Infy AMPF account and Nitin and I were the lucky ones (or rather the ones whom FACTS were ok to let go) to join it. DCM is how I made some of my many good friends in Infosys. DCM involved Distributed and mainframes and I had bonds of both world in my cubicle as my new cubicle mates.
Aravind Babu Bonu, the distributed bond, was and still is the foundation of DCM...cool ,patient, kind and mentor for all the folks...always ready to grab a beer bottle..
Saket, this Mainframe dude is one stop Database for almost every info. Always slept in the meetings but made up for it by coding programs for every one on the floor.... in short this guy still remains a mystery..
Time progressed and these dudes were sent to onsite but by this time...some friends came into my life for whom I will always be grateful to Infosys..

Ravi ...a late entry in our cubicle but again good at heart..Monday off and Daaru always on
Alley...he doesn't sit in my cubicle but one person who always makes sure that he is around..he could have been in our cubicle but he won't.
Till date I proudly say that My cubicle is the Best...and my seat is of course the best...auction is going to be held for that seat...
Guys I know I am leaving for good but still it hurts a lot to leave u all...will miss u all badly :(
